This box can be found at the corner of Court and State Streets. It features a bird and a catfish in black and white, contrasting with a watery blue background. I like the Asian feel to this one. I don't know who the artist is here, and I feel silly because the style is so familiar to me. UPDATE: Turns out, I really didn't know this artist, but I do like his style. His name is Shawn Palmer, and he's with Liquid Creative.
