President and Pascagoula - Roy Adkins
This is my friend Roy Adkins' box on the corner of President and Pascagoula, across from City Hall. It looks to be unfinished, but maybe he meant to leave it that way? (UPDATE: From the horse's mouth below, he did mean to leave it that way!) Maybe it's a statement about Jackson being a work in progress? It features Jackson landmarks, both new and old.
