Pascagoula and West - Clay Hardwick

Clay Hardwick has a distinctive style, and I knew this one was his from a couple of blocks away. I love his colorful swirls contrasted with angular lines and wide swaths of bright turquoise. Clay moved to Portland, OR, a few years ago and I was lucky enough to snag a few of his pieces before he left. I was so happy to hear that he had returned to Jackson recently. Clay is a filmmaker as well as a painter. Here's a great video of Clay working on his box and talking about what this project means for the City of Jackson:
